About the Liturgy Application

Thank you for your your desire to serve our Parish Community in one of our Liturgical ministries. Please complete the application below and our Director of Liturgy, or head of ministry, will be in contact with you soon.

Please note: To serve in some of our Litirgical minsitries, such as Lector, Extra Ordinary Minister of Holy Communion, or Sacristan you must be “incommunion with the Church’ which means that:
- You have received all of the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, First Reconciliation, Communion, and Confirmation
- You receive the sacrament of reconciliation frecuently.
- You attend each Sunday Mass and receive Holy Communion.
- And must be registered parishioner of St. Anne’s.
