- Mass and Safety Information
  
  Fill out the form per candidate. If you have two or more children, please refresh the page and submit the form for each candidate.
  
  1. Attendance to Mass is limited to:
  1 Student + 4 family members = Total of 5 people (including children)
  2. Masses will be Outdoor in the School Playground to mitigate the spread of Covid as well as live streamed for those unable to attend.
  3. Please be conisderate of others and wear your mask. If you do not have one, a face mask will be provided for you. If you are at risk, please stay home we want you to be healthy.
  4. Chairs will be provided for Student and Sponsor, other guests will need to bring their own chair and possibly and umbrella.
  5. Social distancing will be practiced! Ushers will escort all to their seats as well as help with dismissal.

- Informacion Sobre la Misa y Seguridad
  
  Llenen una forma por cada candidato. Si tienen dos hijos, llenen una forma por hijo.
  
  - Los que pueden asistir a la misa son:
  El estudiante (1) + 4 miembros de la familia = para un total de 5 personas. (Incluyendo niños)
  - La misa sera afuera en el patio de la escuela para aminorar el reisgo del virus. Su familia y amigos que no asistan podran ver la misa por el Facebook de Sta. Ana.
  - Por favor piensen en los demas y usen su cubre boca. Si no tiene una, se les dara una. Si estan a reisgo, por favor quedense en casa por su salud.
  - Se les provera sillas para el estudiante y su padrino/madrina. Los demas debern traer su silla y posiblemente su sombrilla.
  - Estaremos practicando distanciamiento social. Un accomodador los llevara a donde se van a sentar y tambien ayudar cuando se vayan a ir.

  Please make arrangments so that all the members you registered arrive together. This will greatly help us in checking you in and seating you in a manerly and timely way.
  
  Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Mass begins. You will line up on the sidewalk along the hall close to the playground entrance.
