- Baptism Certificate for each student registering.
- If student is NOT baptized, please bring birth certificate.
- Payment for the Classes.
- Cash, Check, or Mone Order only.
Cost for 2015-2016- $115 for the first Student (This includes a $10 LATE registration fee)
- +$25 each additional Student in the immediate Family
- The students must be parents of the students or siblings to the student (must share a parent).

- Si estudiante no se ha bautizado, favor de traer acta de nacimiento.
- Pago para las clases.
- Dinero en Efectivo, Pagares, o Cheques solamente.
Costo para 2015-2016- $115 por el primer Estudiante.
