Volunteers for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the St. Anne’s Catholic Community carry
on the work of the society’s patron saint, Saint Vincent de Paul, also known as the “Apostle of
Charity” and the “Father of the Poor”. Consistent with the funds available, St. Vincent may provide
financial assistance to help with living costs such as utilities and other special needs. We also work
with other agencies in Lodi such as the Salvation Army to help meet the needs of those in need in
our area, often referring clients or informing them of other services and programs available in Lodi.
We receive most of our funding from the generous contributions made by our parishioners during the second collection on the fifth Sundays at St. Anne’s Church and Mater Ecclesiae. Additional financial donations are accepted at the church office during business hours.
